QUICK DELIVERY

Our company has streamlined each of our processes to improve delivery times. After you place your order, it is entered into our ERP system. Then, it goes straight to the process engineer to be prepared to begin working on it. Once the order is complete, it will follow a barcoded traveler throughout the facility to be post-processed, inspected, and shipped to you. The finishes available will differ depending on the technology and the material that you select. You may be able to add other finishes to the final product, including polishes, vapor honed, textured, stained, painted, or plated.

COMPLETE MODEL SHOP

Beyond just 3D printing, our company has a complete model shop. This enables us to prepare patterns, as well as paint and texture parts, install threaded inserts, and apply deco and printing on any of your parts. We also have the capability to create large assemblies and fixture multiple parts. Last minute design change? Don’t worry. Often, our model makers can implement your change without creating a new part.

MUTIPLE MATERIALS

We work with an array of materials, including both flexible and rigid materials, metals and plastics, and more. If you need your prototype created in your final production material, we can accommodate that with our Precision Modular Tooling (PMT) approach. We’d be happy to assist you with choosing the best material and rapid tooling service for your project.

LARGE PARTS

If you need a large part, we are capable of producing single parts as large as 36” x 36” x 18”. Plus, our experts can align and bond multiple parts together if an even larger part is required for your project.
